Terms & Conditions

At present, we do not keep spares and accessories in stock, but we can order any part on request.

We will notify you when the part has arrived and you can either arrange collection from the shop or we can arrange delivery to your address. Please note, with all spares and accessories orders, we require payment up front (cleared funds if paying by personal or company cheque) before the order can be placed.

Delivery times (if we deliver to you)

Standard delivery time for UK mainland is usually 1-3 days. You will be informed of any possible delays, so you must give us a daytime contact number for us to call you.

All orders over £100 and over 10kg will be despatched free of charge by Next Day delivery, providing the order is placed before midday Tuesday to Friday. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be despatched the following Tuesday.

All items are sent Recorded Delivery, so a signature is required as proof of delivery.

Please note that non-UK mainland orders will be charged as per the standard Royal Mail Parcel Force postage rates. You will be notified by telephone of the extra cost.

Delivery times/liability

Goods must be signed for on receipt. Please note, that we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or loss by our carriers, only for the value of lost goods.

To enable your enquiry to be handled swiftly, please be prepared to quote your invoice number or postcode.

Returning Goods

Goods will only be accepted back if you have a returns number. We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. If you need to return an item it must be in perfect condition, in original packaging and it must be sent Recorded Delivery only. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed and a letter giving your name, address and telephone number, plus details of the reason for return and what action you wish us to take. ANY goods returned outside of these conditions will be charged a 15% restocking charge.

Maverick Motorcycles is not responsible in any way for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty or incorrectly supplied parts. If the wrong part is ordered and it is the fault of the customer or if you change your mind once you have received the part, we reserve the right to offer a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shortages of goods

In the case of missing items we must be contacted immediately as we cannot guarantee to deal with any claim where we have not been notified within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel.
